Honey Baked Chicken
I got this recipe from Traci.
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. butter
2 TB dijon mustard (sometimes I just use yellow mustard if I don't have the other on hand)
1 tsp. curry powder
1 dash salt
3 chicken breasts--chopped bite size
Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in a saucepan until melted and mixed. Cover chicken with the sauce in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, turning chicken at least once. Serve over brown rice.
