Quinoa patties, sweet potatoes, broccoli
Beef and broccoli
Taco soup
Italian Runzas
Ham, scalloped potatoes, sweet potato casserole, frozen fruit salad, green beans, rolls
Marinated meatballs, artichoke dip & crackers, mini quiches, veggie platter, fresh fruit

What are Italian Runzas?

Runza is an Omaha thing I believe. I believe they're usually cabbage and meat filled bread. The Italian ones have meat and cheese and sauce. Jeff's mom made them when she was here and we had extra in the freezer. They're great to pull out and heat up for a quick warm meal. Just use the Pincock roll recipe and stuff them.
